An Unexplained Artwork

They say that the most precious painting of all is Mona Lisa. It was made by the famous painter Leonardo Da Vinci. It took him three to four years to finish the work. Some studied about what’s the identity of the model as Mona Lisa, when Leonardo Da Vinci made the work of art, how it was made and what’s the history of Mona Lisa.
I never thought that a single painting will cost a fortune. It is well protected and secluded. I never realized what was so great about that portrait. It’s just a simple picture of a lady with a smile. Professional art specialists say that she has an enigmatic smile. Some say that she was suffering from a sickness causing her to have that smile. A lot scanned and investigated about Mona Lisa’s smile yet no one knows which is true. According to the program I saw, “The best way to hide a secret is through the past. I kind of believe that because some things are unexplainable by science. They always base on theories.
Mona Lisa is a painting that is truly remarkable for most people. Those who love art have dissimilar beliefs about the painting. They come from different places and countries just to see the beauty of the portrait. But one thing is for sure, Mona Lisa is a painting that will touch every people’s mind.

Unexpected Encounter

One fine sunny day, I went downtown to get some ingredients for my porridge. As I turn around the corner of the street, I saw a lady who trampled over a pile of scraps of wood. I immediately helped her. She gave thanks to me with a gentle smile. I can’t see her whole face because a hood was covering it. I was about to leave but she held my hand and asked me to go to her house and eat. I can’t say “no” to a sweet lady like her so I agreed. We walked on a long road leading to her house. She stopped in front of a huge gate. Inside the lot was an enormous castle. Questions churned in my mind. Who really is this woman? What is she doing here? The gates were unlocked for us and we entered. When we went inside the castle, a massive grand staircase welcomed us. The place was amazing. The marbled floor was sparkling clean and portraits hang everywhere. We continued walking, passing corridors and hallways. We came upon an almost empty room which only has a tea table in the middle. The table was decorated with flowers, porcelains and different pastries. The curtains were tied for the light to enter the room. Across the room was a garden full of roses. The scent of the flowers spread in the room. She motioned me to sit on the chair beside the small table. The lady prepared tea and cookies for me. The way she moves seems so majestic and elegant. The questions still ran in my mind like crazy. She handed me the tea and asked me several questions about myself. Her voice was so tender and soft. After I ate, she asked if I want to ride a horse with her. I haven’t ridden on a horse in my entire life. We went into the stable at the back of the castle. She got me a black stallion and assisted me onto it. She rode on her white horse and together we strolled. The feeling was a mix of excitement and fear but overall, it was great. The afternoon was almost over when we stopped. The sky was orange with streaks of pink and blue and the sun was almost setting. She accompanied me to the gate. Until now, she hasn’t removed her hood. Before I take a step away, I asked her name. She let her hood down and in my surprise she was the queen. I spent my whole afternoon with Queen Elizabeth II.

Learn from your Mistakes

The Tree of Sins is the tree wherein the 7 major sins a student can have located. The lowest branch and is where lazy students belong. The guardian that is watching the students here is the guidance counselor. The penalty is that they will be given a lot of homework to do. And if he or she doesn't have any homework, he or she will be sent out and will plant sapling or trim weeds in the garden for the whole day. The second branch is where those who are backstabbers. The guardian that is watching the students here are their own classmates. The penalty is that he or she will be avoided by the people who surround him or her. The third branch is those who are bullying, the fourth branch is for those who are liars, the fifth are those who are committing maligning, and the sixth are those who were cheating. The guardian for the third, fourth, fifth and sixth branch is the class adviser. The person who commits this will be suspended for a day and his or her parents will be called. The last sin is those who are stealing. The one who will be their guardian are the staffs in the canteen. The sinner will be working for a week in the canteen and handling money. He or she will be the one who will accept the cash and will give the change.

For You...

To the person whom I fell in love once,

I never thought I’m giving you a letter. Umm... How do I start???  Do you still remember the time when we first met?  I think that was eight years ago when I became your seatmate. We had lots of fun. We chatted most of the time and afterwards, we became close friends. I learned more about you. I recalled the time that one of our classmates asked if I have a crush on you. I said no but the truth is yes. It’s kind of funny, right? But most of us are like that. As years pass by, we became distant. I don’t know the reason why but I still have a crush on you. Maybe, it doesn’t just easily go away. Last year when our friends asked if I can join them eat in a restaurant, I came along. I didn’t expect that you would be there too. I don’t know what I felt. I guess I was a kind of happy because it has been a long time since I saw you again. The first and the last time you texted me was when I was about to sleep but a message from you popped out into the screen of my cellphone. Suddenly, I was wide awake. You asked me a couple of questions a friend usually asks like “How are you?” and “How’s your school?”. Until you dropped on a question that states who was my crush. I thought about that subject. Plenty of people asked me that matter but I felt different when you asked it. I decided not to hide it anymore. I said the truth and you didn’t even believe me. And then I returned the question back to you, and you said you like somebody else. I was so frustrated that time but I can’t do anything. I admired you for seven years. That was the time I was determined to let go of my feelings. It was hard but still, I tried. I wonder what you are thinking right now. I don’t have any idea. I suppose it’s best if we can just be friends. Thanks for everything. I hope we can meet again.

Love,
Kallen

My Teacher; My Hero

They always say that teachers act as second parents in a student’s life. But for me, I never thought of it that way. They usually scold us with loud voices and order us around. I know that this is forour own good but can they makeit a bit soft? My grade school teachers were usually bossy especially my teacher when I was in Grade Four. Every year I meet different teachers but mostly have the same attitude. When I became a sophomore, my point of view changed.
Our adviser, Mrs. Marjorie Digma or whom we call Mami Digz, is a kind and thoughtful adviser. She is not high-tempered and is the kind of person whom can ride the jokes in the class. I always see her with a smile in the face. She sometimes scold us but I can fell in her voice that she is caring and is doing this for us. She guided us to achieve our goals. I can say that she is my favorite teachers because of her traits. I admire her because she really touched our lives.

Teachers enlighten our lives  without even noticing it. They ‘re the reason of our success and because of that, we owe them a lot. Thank you my dearest teachers.

To Be or Not To Be?

To be or not to be
That is the question that kept bugging me
What does this really mean?
It is hard to understand

To be or not to be
If you are troubled
Ask this to yourself
And think

To be or not to be
Is it better to die than to live?
Are you to suffer or be happy?
Will you be complete or not?

Comedy of Errors

Comedy of Errors is another masterpiece made by Willliam Shakespeare. The story is about two idential pair of  twins who were  separated because of an accident. They grew up not knowing that they have a twin brother. Antipholus of Syracuse with his servant Dromio of Syracuse went to Ephesus and both of them had no idea that their twin brothers are living there. They encountered the families and friends of their twins and had mistaken them as Antipholus of Ephesus and Dromio of Ephesus. A lot of trouble happened including wrong accusations, theft and madness. The problem was solved when Antipholus of Syracuse, Dromio of Syracuse, Antipholus of Ephesus and Dromio of Ephesus met in one place. Egeon, the one who raised Antipholus of Syracuse and Dromio of Syracuse, explained what really happened when the twins were born. After that, they lived a peaceful life.

The plot of the story is funny and I had a great laugh about it. I sometimes get confused on the characters thus making me dizzy. I can't understand some of the parts of the story because of the low voice of the presenters.
To sum it up all, Comedy of Errors is a hilarious play. It can easily catch your attention. And it is fun to read.

Think About the Future

The National Career Assessment Examination or NCAE is a series of test that will help students in choosing their courses in the future. It is taken by third year students in all schools, both private and public. Students must take the examination seriously because their future regarding their studies will depend on it. Students may not review because they can rely in their stock knowledge. They must also be calm in taking the exam because the tendency in being nervous is getting mental blocked.
NCAE is composed of tests like mathematical ability test, verbal ability test, non-verbal ability test, scientific ability test, manipulative test and many more. This test must be answered correctly if you can so that you can have a high grade in the results. The questions may be skipped if you are not sure about your answer and just go back to it if there is still time. The exam must be answered carefully.
The NCAE will be taken on the first grading period. Before the school year ends, the scores in the test will be given. The result will tell you whether you’re good in math, science, English and more. This will tell you what course is best for you to take in college. I believe that taking the NCAE will really help in the future.

Sports, Fun and not Studies

Intramurals are held in schools for students to have a physically fit body and enjoy their chosen sports. It is usually held in the month of August or September. Students choose which sport they will participate in and battle with other year levels. Each sport will have its own ranking of players or teams from first to last. The main objective of the intramurals is for students to enhance their skills in sports and to have a healthy body.

Intramurals is open to all the students in the school. Everyone can participate except for those who have body or health problems like high blood pressure or asthma. Being not an athlete is not an excuse in this activity. For those students who are not that strong can join light sports such as patintero and sack race. Participating in this kind of activity is fun because it will only happen once a year so a student must enjoy it to the fullest.

Having intramurals is a great way to enjoy sports. It is a day of only playing games and not thinking of studies. Intramurals also teaches students how to accept if they lose. It will teach them on how to be a good sport and just be happy in what they are doing. This also tests the cooperation of each team on how to gain victory.

What Ours is Ours

Language is the system of words, sounds and grammar used by a particular group of people for communication. The word “language” came from the Latin word “lingua” meaning “tongue”.  The suffix –age was added in French, from which the word was adopted in the thirteenth century. Language can also be described as vocabulary or idiolect. There are different kinds of languages used in other countries. There are English, Mandarin, French and Japanese. But for us Filipinos, we use our native language, Tagalog.

Tagalog progressed into a much higher level back when foreigners ruled our country.  During the Spanish period, Tagalog was the language used in Manila, the canter of education, industry and business.  Tagalog magazines and newspapers were made such as “El Renacimiento”, “Ang Mithi”, “Taliba” and “And Demokrasya”. Filipino writers, Alejandro G. Abadilla, Teodoro A. Agoncillo, Jesus A. Arceo, Salvador Barros and many more became popular. They used Tagalog in their short stories and poems. Tagalog, indeed became famous.

Until now, we use and speak our native language. Although in some parts of our country, others use their own language like Bisaya. But most of our population use Tagalog as their language. You can say that Tagalog is important to us Filipinos just like English is important to Americans. We have English and Filipino subjects in our schools. We also study both languages. But for me, our native language is much better than any language in the world. I chose to master Tagalog first before I speak fluently in the English language.

Fragrance of LOVE

CHARACTERS:
v  Aviel Lyndt Thompson            -     main female character
-          shy and kind
-          has a low profile in their school
v  Tristan Li                                 -     main male character
-          captain of the basketball team
-          most popular guy in Sparks Academy
-          handsome, smart and athletic
v  Crystal Evans                          -      best friend of Aviel
-          cheerful and friendly
-          twin sister of one of the basketball players in Sparks Academy

“WOOHOOO!!! Go S.A. !!!” the student at my left exclaimed.
“You can do it, Li!” the girl on the front row of seats shrieked.
The cheering of people got louder every time a team scores. Screams and shouts from the opposing schools filled the gym. It is always like this when Sparks Academy’s basketball team has a battle with another school’s team.
I am never a fan of sports. The only reason I am here is because I made a promise to someone to watch every game he plays.
“This is the climax of the game! Only three minutes left before this is all over and Hawkins Academy is in the lead by only one point. Will Sparks Academy have enough time to turn over the situation or will they loose and never reach the finals?” the host said gleefully.
Crystal poked me on the side. “Hey, Aviel Lyndt Thompson! Why aren’t you cheering for Tristan Li?” she said in a loud voice.
“I only swore to watch his games and not to cheer for him.” I answered.
She mumbled something but I didn’t understand it because of the noise.
Crystal Evans is the only friend I have since I entered high school. She is garrulous and is fond of making piffle. Actually, she is the exact opposite of me.
I looked at the players. They were running around while passing and dribbling the ball. Some are blocking the way of the enemy team. I saw Tristan on the other side of the court. His face was dripping with sweat. He was breathing heavily. Just looking at him makes my heart throb.
The truth is, I like Tristan though I haven’t talked to him personally. Not a single “Hi!” or “Hello!”. I first met him was when Crystal introduced him to me back when we were freshmen. We began texting and chatting on Facebook. Most of our topics were nonsense but it felt like I know him for a very long time. In school we act like we don’t know each other. Last year, when we were juniors, he told me that he will join the varsity team and if he passes, I am supposed to watch all his games. I’m sort of stupid to agree to his condition without any exchange. And now, he is the team captain and is playing in the field while I am in the bleachers, only staring at him.
“I guess he is tired already.” I whispered to myself.
“Only a minute to go!” said the emcee.
The game is almost over. At least I have to do something , right?
I stood and yelled, “Go, Tristan!”. He glanced at my direction and smiled. My heart fluttered but my throat ached. I think I lost my voice box.
“You said you’re not going to cheer for him.” Crystal protested. This time, I didn’t say a thing. I sat on my chair and continued watching.
“Thirty seconds left!” continued the emcee.  “S.A. has the ball now.”
Max, Crystal’s twin brother, passed the ball to Steven. Steven bounced it a couple of times on the floor before giving it to Tristan.
Only ten second remaining. Tristan positioned himself and made a 3-point-shot. All eyes were on the ball and before the time ran out, the ball entered the ring.
The crowd went wild. Blue banners and flags were thrown in the air. Even the S.A. players were rambunctious.
“The scores are 97-95. Sparks Academy won by 2 points! S.A. is the team qualified for the next round this season!” the host cried.
I am happy that they won. It was really a close call. The coach of the Hawkins Academy’s team gave a harangue to the players as they leave the area. I guess it’s time for me to go home.
I was about exit the gym but someone caught my arm. It was Crystal.
“Where are you going? Tristan said we should go with them to celebrate.”
“I can’t. I have a lot of things to do.”
“Just go with us.” She pulled me away from the door and headed for the team.
It took a while before the players were prepared. They had a short shower and changed their attire. I followed Crystal as she went inside a coupe. The driver turned the keys and the engine roared to life. I was glad Tristan was on the front seat and not beside me.
It was four o’ clock in the afternoon when we reached our destination. We stopped in front of a huge restaurant with fancy lights. The walls were painted a tint of blue. The building was conspicuous because of its size and color. It was surrounded by deciduous trees.
We got inside the restaurant. White marbled tiles and red carpets covered the floor. There were Greek-styled columns and a big chandelier in the center of the ceiling. Classical music was played. White cloths with blue laces at the edge covered the chairs and tables. Polished glassware and china were arranged beautifully on the tables. Waiters roamed while taking orders from the customers. I saw a buffoon entertaining some guests. The owner of this restaurant must be really affluent. I wonder if this place will be vacuous one day. I continued walking while scanning my surrounding. I watched a man as he guzzled a glass of wine. Maybe the man quaffed plenty because he looks like he was about to vomit.
“What are we doing here anyway?” I asked Crystal.
“This serves as a rendezvous for the celebration.” Crystal answered.
“Then, who are we to meet here?”
She pointed at the table on the third row. There sat a man in a black suit. He has gray shaggy hair and blue eyes. Is that the principal?
“Impressive game you had earlier.” the principal said as we approached him. “Come on, sit”
The coach and the principal talked a lot while we were eating. They were saying things like who was their auspicious player in the team and may more that I can’t relate with. The others also looked like they were having fun. Crystal and his brother Max were laughing with the other members. I ate the last scoop of my parfait that Crystal ordered for me and glanced at the whole table. Why is Tristan not here?
My cellphone rang. I received a message from Tristan. He said, I should go out and check the garden. Since I have nothing to do here, I went at the back of the restaurant.
It was dusk and the sky was orange with streaks of blue. The garden was full of roses, daisies and other flowers that I can’t name. The scent was great. The breeze was warm. The branches of the trees swayed as the wind pass by.
I saw Tristan on the bench under a maple tree. His brown hair looked gold in the afternoon light. His perfect green eyes stared back at me.
“How long are you planning to stand there?” he said with a grin.
I sat beside him. My heart felt like it just ran a marathon.
“This is the first time we talked ever since we met a couple of years ago, right?”
                “Ye-Yeah…” My voice was shaking.
“By the way, thanks for cheering for me a while ago.”
“No problem. It was the least I can do and it paid off.”
He nodded. “We won the game. I didn’t give up because you were there watching me. I don’t want to disappoint you.’
I’m not sure if he blushed that time or it was only the effects from the light.
He stood in front of me and offered his hand. “May I have this dance, miss?”
I didn’t have second thoughts. I got his hand and he pulled me off the bench. He placed his hand on my waist, my hand on his shoulder, while his other hand held mine. We waltzed in the garden. It was quite romantic.
“You know, you’re a taciturn kind of person.” he said as he turns me around.
“I know that. I’m keeping a low profile. I don’t want to be the center of attention or anything like that.”
“Is that so? Will that happen if you became my girlfriend?”
“As if that will ever come true.” I said with a laugh. “You’re the most popular guy in school and I’m just a nobody.”
“What if it happens? What will you do?” his tone became serious.
“I don’t know. And as I said, it will never happen.”
He became silent for a while but we continued dancing.
“Aviel, may I ask you one more thing?” he said in a soft voice.
“What?” I looked at him in the eyes.
                “Will you be my girlfriend?”

Deserted in the Middle of Nowhere

And there I was
Riding a mini bus
Staring outside the window
Lights flickering faint yellow

I gazed in the sky
It was gloomy and cloudy
There were no stars too shiny
It was plain dark and murky

As the driver turned the wheel
And we got up a hill
I caught a glimpse of a boy
Wearing ragged clothes and nothing more

As time passed by
I started thinking why
Parents leave their child
And show neither affection nor love

They live by themselves

Walking in the streets
Asking for something to eat
And are looking for tenderness

They seem hopeless and fatal
Boring and not cared about
As for their lives,
It’s either they live or die

There is Hope

Have you seen our environment for the last few years?  Those times when the sun shone brightly in the clear blue sky. The gleaming white moon and the little stars that twinkle in the dark night sky. The earth full of tress making it green. Can you imagine how beautiful our world was? Try to compare it to the present condition of our land. Stars that you can barely see because of the pollutants in the atmosphere. Trees chopped down to build high scrapers and buildings. Those fishes that died because of the dirty bodies of water. What will happen after fifty years or so? Will the world be the same or will it be a black place? Is there a way of stopping this from worsening?

Tall buildings, wide roads, crowded shopping malls and shiny new cars are some of the things you see in a modern city. High technology, gadgets and automatic appliances are the result of science and researches. But are they thinking about the damage that occurs in our environment because of being irresponsible? The usage of chemicals that act as poison and synthetic materials that destroys and kills life and nature. Today, earth is already a polluted place, but there are some ways of restoring our environment if we act now. The first thing we have to do is to be disciplined. We should segregate our trash and throw things properly. We should also plant trees and join the organizations that take care of our natural resources. Instead of plastics, we can use paper bags. If we keep on doing these ways, I believe we can change the world into a better place.

The environment is a very important thing in our daily lives. Even if we can’t see it, we need the oxygen that the trees provide us through photosynthesis. We eat the fishes that live in the sea. We also eat vegetables and fruits to have a well-balanced diet. These things are very simple but have a great role in the world.

Romeo and Juliet: Epic Failure

Romeo and Juliet have a very entertaining plot. The scenes are full of excitement. It touched the hearts of its readers. If I were given the chance to change the last part of Romeo and Juliet I would like to make it as a comic relief.
Romeo drank the vial of poison after he killed Paris. Romeo thought that he was dead but he is not. He tried to study why the poison didn’t work. He recalled the taste of the liquid he drank earlier. It was sweet and tasted like strawberries. Romeo read the label on the bottle. The label was supposed to be “deadly poison” but the label says it is “sweet juice”. The merchant may have accidentally placed the juice instead of the poison. After that, Juliet came out of her coffin and Paris started have consciousness. Romeo thought that maybe he was really dead and he is with some spirits of those who died. He pinched his arm to know if it is true or not. He flinched. He can still feel something. That only means he is alive. The happenings around him made him light-headed. Juliet walked towards Romeo and hugged him. She was very happy that Romeo was still with her. Paris stood there looking like an idiot and was shocked, just like Romeo, to see Juliet, whom they thought was dead, still breathing. Romeo asked Juliet why was she not dead. Juliet explained her plan to Romeo. She also told Paris that she loves Romeo and not him. Paris accepted that Juliet can’t be with him and was about to walk away when Romeo asked the same question he said earlier. Romeo was sure that he killed Paris. Paris told Romeo that when Romeo delivered his final blow, Paris was able to dodge the blade but it was the handle of the sword that hit him in the head that’s why he got unconscious. After telling the reason to Romeo Paris left the scene heart broken and crying. Friar Lawrence entered with the nurse, Montague, Capulet and Prince Escalus. The head of the family was astonished to see Romeo and Juliet together. But what really surprised them was the shriek of the nurse. She jumped out of her feet and ran to Juliet to hug her. She was murmuring something about dead people. Juliet didn’t mind the nurse and told their parents what happened. While narrating, Montague and Capulet wore a wide grin across their faces. When they were done telling the story, Montague and Capulet laughed. They said that Romeo and Juliet can live together forever. Romeo and Juliet were confused. Friar Lawrence explained that both of their parents had an idea of being friends and set aside their prides to have peace. The couple was happy to hear the news. The prince even approved that Romeo could stay with Juliet in Verona. In the end, they lived happily ever after.
Romeo and Juliet is truly fascinating. It is amazing and I would like to recommend it to the other readers out there.

Romeo and Juliet: After Story

Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy made by William Shakespeare. The story is very interesting and fascinating. I didn’t expect the ending to be a sad one. The plot is remarkable and I guess Shakespeare put all his time and effort in making the story. He really thought on how the story will begin and how it will end. I really had a great time reading the story.
If I were to change the ending of the story, it will be a happy ending.  Paris will jump in the scene where Romeo already opened the coffin of Juliet. Paris and Romeo will fight until they are breathless. After few more minutes, Juliet will wake up and will see Romeo and Paris with their swords clashing together. She will ask both of them to stop and will tell the truth and her plan to Paris and Romeo. Paris will accept his defeat for the love of Juliet and will leave. Friar Lawrence will appear and will suggest to Romeo and Juliet to also tell their parents about their relationship or if they will not, they should leave immediately. Both of them chose to confront their parents and tell what really happened. Montague and Capulet will realize that there should not be hatred between them, instead there should be peace. They will allow Juliet and Romeo to be with the company of each other as long as they live.
To sum it all up, “Romeo and Juliet” is a great story. You will know how powerful love is to a person. And love is the reason why there is peace.

The Most Precious Treasure

A family is a group of people whom you cling onto when you have problems. They are those who love you and are willing to sacrifice anything for you. They stand by your side when you’re in grief. You share laughter with them.  Even if you’re not blood-related, you can consider other people as long as you are happy with them. All in all, they are those who complete your life and also your world.

An ideal family has understanding, love and peace. There should be unity and faith between each member of the family. Secrets are not supposed to be kept and lies are not to be made. A family must face all the hardships and difficulties in life. They are supposed to hang on no matter what happens. This will prove how tough each member is and also their unity.

Never lose trust in your family. Always keep intact with them because life is short and each person has only one chance to live. Be happy that you still have your family because they are the most precious treasure a person can have here in earth.

My Dear Father

He works hard in order to earn cash and furnish the needs of his family and is in charge of the happenings and arguments inside the household. He also teaches the children proper respect and discipline. Those are the obligations of a responsible father. He serves as a guide for each member of the clan and leads them to the right and correct path towards to success in life. A father is the head of the family whom can be compared to a strong tree trunk. He is firm and stable no matter what the consequences are. He holds the branches and assists them just like he does to his family. My father has those attributes that makes him special.

Ever since I was little, my father stood right beside me. He knew the day when I first took a step, the moment when I said my first word and the time I first read a storybook. He is always there for me. Often times I would bite his arm or his tummy as a sign of affection. Sometimes I pretend to be a monster and I shall eat the parts of his body and he will just laugh at me. I also sit on his lap and tell the things I’ve experienced that day. Everyday when I go to school, before I leave, I give him a goodbye kiss. He sacrificed I lot of things for us and I want to pay it back. This Father’s Day, I would give my father a special card I made myself as a token of gratitude. For him, I also want to finish my studies and obtain a college degree in the future. I want to show him that all the tributes he made for us will not put into waste. My father is my inspiration and my aid to reach my dreams in life.

I love my father as much as I love my family and everyone who makes my life complete. Without him, I would not even be here. I would be nothing. He care so much for us and that makes him a great father.

The Past, the Present, the Future

Time pass by and later become days, months and years. It seems like it was only yesterday when I became a sophomore. I can still remember all the things I've done with my former classmates like the emotions we felt such as happiness and sadness. But a year already passed and now I am a junior at Cavite National Science High School. New classmates, new friends, new teachers whom I'm going to meet. It's another year of studying, learning and exploring in the field of science. I'm sure this school year is going to be fun.

Our seniors say  it's hard being a third year student compared to last year. They say, they experienced a lot of stress and the teachers are so strict. They also said we have to do all sorts of homeworks and projects. But that is what we really do in school, right? The teachers are strict for us to be disciplined and also they are supposed to act like our parents in school. I am expecting that teachers are really like guardians to us students.

New faces to see and new people to meet. Knowing other students is exciting especially when you don't know each other yet. A person must be friendly for him to earn lots of friends.

This is another year of enjoying with friends and classmates and studying for tests. Days of lacking sleep and stressful works. It will be a thrilling school year for me as a junior.
